Current Projects/Goals
- Our 2006/07 initiative to assist the City of Trotwood with their business retention and expansion program. This program requires training of Chamber Board Members, software, and printed materials in conjunction with Montomery County Business First!
- Work with SAVISCO and the City toward success with The Landmark and Salem Avenue corridor revitalization.
- Launch and expand our revised web site.
- Breakfast with the Mayor events where members get one-on-one time with city officials and the Mayor in a relaxed setting.
- State of the City address, a well-attended annual event sponsored by the TCC.
- Re-title and revise format of "Taste of Trotwood" business expo (our annual business fair) to place more emphasis on B2B activities and to promote attendance by vendors' customer base.
- Improve our member seminar schedule/offerings.
