•  Each exhibitor will be provided complimentary tickets (The Chamber recommends mailing them to your select customers or giving them away with a purchase of $10 or more).

The Trotwood Community Expo attracts a wide variety of discerning residents from Trotwood and our neighboring communities. To encourage exhibitors to go the extra mile awards are presented during the event for the best booth displays. Attendance varies from year to year from 800 to 2,500. The number of exhibitors is usually 70 to 100. Reserving two or more booths together will really make your display stand out.

Non-profits with one or fewer employees should call for preferred rates.
