- The event will begin with a shot gun start using a Texas Scramble format.
- Each group competes as a team for the lowest TEAM score for 18 holes
- Any order of play may be used
- Men – WHITE tees, Ladies – GREEN tees
TEXAS SCRAMBLE
After the best shot is selected by the team members, all other balls may be placed within one club length of where the selected ball originally lay, not nearer the hole nor on the putting green.
If selected ball is in the hazard, all balls must be placed on the spot where the selected ball lay.
On the putting green, all balls must be placed on the spot where the selected ball lay.
The score of the first ball holed, even if by mistake, will count and that ends the stroke play for that hole.
If a team is short a person, the players shall rotate and play an additional shot.
MULLIGANS
- A Mulligan is a retake of any one shot selected by the golfer during the event.
- Mulligans can be purchased for $5 each (maximum 2 per player) at the registration desk.
- Skins are also available
- Players can purchase beer on the course
AWARDS
Awards will be given to each player in the groups finishing 1st and 2nd. Ties will be broken by the best scores on the most difficult hole, second most difficult hole, etc.
